Classes are open level, and last 90 minutes. Please arrive 10
minutes early, and bring your yoga mat, if you have one. A limited
number of mats will be available for rental.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move
freely. Yoga requires total involvement
and focus. For your own benefit as well as in consideration
of others, please switch off cell phones and all electronic
gadgets when class is in progress.
If you have an injury, or a specific condition
that requires special attention, please inform the teacher
before the beginning of class.
